ornji 0 Posted June 25, 2011 Greeting, We got a client whos buying a Samsung DVR 8 channels SRD-850DP now the problem is he got some places where he already got figure8 cables ony and he must use wirless cameras for these area since drilling and have data cable is not an option... We were told not to touch this since the image qulaity will not be good for wirless camers.... any suggestion how to get a good 4 wireles cameras connected to the dvr please? Soundy 1 Posted June 25, 2011 Realistically, the only way I'd do wireless is with IP... and that DVR won't support it. Even at that, wireless is usually a last resort when there are no wiring options left... there's almost always a way to get wire there (remember that you still have to get power to the camera too - video-over-powerline may be a better option).
