Problem accessing unit with web browser.

I have a new Eagleeyes 4C H.264 DVR and when I access the unit via the Web, I get an Unknown Error after logging in and cannot view any video. I can see video with the Quicktime plug-in but get nothing with the H.264 plug-in.

 

Help!!!

I have had problems with both of those browsers, the browser I have had the most luck with is IE 8. Sorry I have never worked with the Eagleeyes DVR so I can't help much.

did you alter the security setting in IE

 

>tools

>internet options

>security tab

> custom level

> 'prompt' download signed ActiveX controls

> 'prompt' download unsigned ActiveX controls
