freeflyer 0 Posted October 6, 2011 Hi all I am after the best current (and proven working) specifications for a self build Geovision hot swap system. Current requirements are 16 cams using a GV 1480A, however will possibly upgrade with another 1480 card in future, so need to build a future proof system for this. I currently have a Geovision HotSwap DVR (version 1) which is great and has been running over 5 years (but it was a nightmare to import this from Taiwan and no UK dealer sell the Geovision pre built kit) so I have decided to build myself.
