I know my friend had problems with that since his ip changed every week or so. But mine seems to be steady. It hasen't changed yet. From my router I gave it an ip address and I can access with my iphone and remote from my laptop. The only thing I am trying to figure out is to use the replay function remotely and copying or backing up via my laptop. The only thing I am not sure of is how to get access with my iphone when I'm away from my wifi. I will try a few things when I have more time...
