neodeath 0 Posted December 13, 2011 hi guys, i have a cctv in malaysia configured for online viewing, however when i try to access it in singapore i am unable to do so. the odd thing is i can access the online cctv in malaysia and it works anyone know why? and how i can fix this? CCTV_Tech 0 Posted December 13, 2011 This is a fairly complex issue, but for starters: What make/model of DVR are you accessing? What method do you use to view it (e.g. web browser, application, remote control) What ports are used to view the video and control it (these are the ports open on the firewall).
