Anyone ever heard of this DVR?

Recommended Posts

No name brand. I found it on Computer Geeks model # A-S1602R25-PB

pentaplex 16 camera DVR

I want this to work well with internet access.

These specs:

This 16-channel Network Digital Video Recorder features an embedded processor and operating system and is ready to handle your surveillance needs. Install a high-capacity Serial ATA hard drive to its drive bay for easy local storage. If that's not enough, the USB 2.0 and eSATA ports let you backup your data to external storage. Monitor sixteen cameras at once, view a single feed or various combinations of feeds using the front panel controls or remote control.

Use nearly any kind of display with the VGA out, BNC out, and Ethernet network interface. The network DVR supports H.246 (MPEG4) compression to maximize your storage potential. It's also compatible with a wide variety of devices like PCs, notebooks, Macs, and smartphones; anything that supports H.264 video playback!
