SurveillenceNewbie 0 Posted February 8, 2012 I'm having issues with my AVtech MDR751z. The issues are firmware related, however I cannot locate any upgrades for this machine. The current software release is 1010N-1003N-1005N-1002N. If I let the unit run with limited or no access to "playback" functions, it will run just fine. However if I remotely access the machine and exercise playback functions, it will eventually "lock up", whereby I can only view live feeds. Power cycling the DVR works fine, however the DVR is 1600 miles away and this solution isn't working well for me. I'm assuming that there's a more recent firmware release available, however I've not found any reference to model number MDR751z......on any of the boards. Anybody out there who can help? ps: I've found firmware that has a similar release level (1010-1003-1005-1002) same numbers without the "n's". Not sure if this is compatible with my DVR.
