Putting together a Mobile surveillance platform need advise

I am looking to put together a mobile surveillance platform to use in a parking lot, or on a building site.

 

I am looking at NVR's at the moment. Mostly because they can handle the Heat requirements I need. I am going to be using probably 4 cameras to get what I am looking for out of the unit. I jsut need recomendations on each and why. There are so many choices and i'm getting confused.

 

The NVR can do 30fps of 2mp at H.264 recording. Live view is less than half. I will have remote access with 3g at this time.

 

For the cameras I was thinking of buying 5 and using 4 at any given time.

 

1. Need a PTZ that has good Optical zoom and is 2MP and works day/night.

 

2. Need 3 bullets that are 2MP and are also Day/Night the lense can be verifocal to about 9 or so.

 

3. Is my optional licens plate Camera also 2MP day/night. V/F lense as well

 

I was looking to stay on the MP side if at all possible just to be up on technology and have the ability to digitaly zoom in on an image after the fact if need be.

 

I am not opposed to analog, but I would like it to at least be progressive scan, and I would have to convert it to ip to use the NVR.

 

I know this is kind of vegue and I apologize for that. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
