does anyone know if panasonic bl-c101 ip camera and hikvision 7608 or 9608 nvr are compatible

According to the manual for the 9600 series (downloaded from HIKvision's website), the only Panasonic camera supported is the WV-NP240.

Actually, the list for supported cameras for 96xx series is longer, but it is not updated on the manual:

Panasonic bl-c101 is not listed in there anyway.
