able1 0 Posted September 24, 2012 Hello all, I have a potential project to transmit video from a remote site. The desire is to have video or even snap shots sent via email if possible. The plan would be to view the pictures on a daily or every 3-5 days to determin if a constuction project is progressing as planned. There would be no power so to speak only by means of a solar/battery setup. There would be no highspeed internet on site. My questions are: 1) Is there a way to do this without a highspeed internet service?? 2) Is there a service other than "videofied.com" that does not need a Central Monitoring Service involved?? 3) Anyone here ever set up a similar system.
