Help with what VMS to use...

Recommended Posts

As I am new to IP cameras, I know everything should be running better if I knew all about the correct settings for them... I've been working with the Axxon VMS.... but it just dosent seem to be what I'm looking for.

I built a new system for the IP camera system so it can handle anything... I also have 950gb hdd to fill up. I have the Axxon setup to just record on motion so I have a good amount of record time.

However I need a system that I can tap into via Android phone and my home PC. Axxon does not have an Android app to to use with it... which is fine, I can use a regular IP Camera viewer app but they all need to know the IP of the network (which has to stay Dynamic not static). So that is a huge pain.

Ideas on what I can do?

Thanks all for the help!

BlueIris works well, costs $50, use their 14 day trial to see if you like it. Also, NVR+ from Linovision worked very well with Dahua, costs $20/cam.
