keno 0 Posted October 15, 2012 Hello, I have an American Dynamics Digimux DVR that I'm having problems with. When I power it up, it goes to the American Dynamics splash screen, and cycles between that and the screen with color bars. The onlt light that is lit is the Enter/Zoom switch. Nothing else works. When I remove the harddrive, it cycles properly between all of the lights, and I'm able to press the different buttoms which light up when pressed. I try to enter the menu by pressing the menu button and the password, but nothing happend, just stays on the splash screen. Almost seems that it's not accepting the passwords. Is there any other way to get into the menu? Is there any way to reset it back to the factory defaults, my thinking is that the passwords might have been changed by accident. Thanks in advance.
