resetting video server E username :admin Password admin

I am having some issue on video server e my default password admin / admin is not working while typing on the browser with ip address the video server e pops up but password comes incorrect so that means all my ip and gateway are fine checked the ip and gateway they all correct it was working fine it just started as i was putting an additional username as administration but now i can not seem to log on how do i reset the video server e to work as admin/ admin my current port is 80 also the video server e detects the ip address for the dvr but could not reset it because the admin admin stating as wrong password i saw on web that i need to do a hard reset by doing a jumper on Mother Board of the DVR or there is other way of logging in.
