Remote view not working via 3G dongle with the DVR

Hello

 

I'm from Sri Lanka.And today I did a job in one of my friends shop and system is completely wired well and its working well.I have used CPPLUS 4CH Krypto U Series DVR(model: CP-UAR-0401H1-XU).

 

I had to use the 3G dongle with the DVR because there was no Cable internet line or DSL line in that shop.But the 3G dongle thing did not work out.I have configured the DVR settings and DDNS correctly.But remote view doesn't work with 3G dongle.

 

3G dongle internet signal is best.and signal was full.(not a problem with the signal strength)

 

*Note: I connected the 3G dongle with TP-Link 3G Portable wireless router and DVR connected with router via Ethernet cable.

 

Still no good result.

 

Do you have any idea why wasn't that work?

I use tons of wireless cards here in the states and they all work fine, the only catch here is that you have to get a static IP address from the cellular provider. This is true here in the states anyway, it could be different there for sure but I would ask the provider. Without a static IP they will not pass traffic through unusual ports. Drives me nuts but I deal with it!
