Seeking help w/ IP address on BOSCH camera

I have a Bosch IP KBE498v2820N camera I am trying to set the IP address on so I can add to an existing DiBos. I can't get my laptop to see it. I can see the power lights on the camera so I know it's powered. I have tried to do it through a web browser using default 192.168.0.1 and through Configuration Manager Tool that BOSCH has. Nothing. I tried using a crossover cable, I tried a regular patch cable AND I tried the BNC to USB cable. Nothing. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have spent a fair amount of time with Tech Support at BOSCH with no good luck whatsoever.

DiBos with h.264 camera ?? it will not work.
