Unable to play .MBF file from a CCTV system

Hi,

 

I have been given a CCTV file on a USB stick but do not have anything that can open the file. It has the extension .MBF but a Google search has yielded no valid results. I really need to be able to watch the video but all my players do not recognise the format (VLC, Media player with K-Lite codec pack). If you have come across this format before or know anything about it then please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.
