Online view of CCTV on Globe Broadband

I need help to view online my cctv network in Bulacan. I have globe broadband (tattoo) internet access there; but several people I talked to said I cannot use that...

 

I am not computer savvy, so would appreciate detailed explanation. I am even willing to pay to have it set-up properly.

There are several modern CCTV cameras who have the ability to act as a web server. Some of the DVRs have LAN port which allows them to connect to a network for both local and remote viewing. For this you must have the understanding about the dynamic and static ip address. For this little understanding of networking and proper configuration is necessary .
