Digimerge Viewing issue-

Client has had working systems for years at his places of business for years, with remote viewing from his home working fine for years. Added another computer in same home, we installed remote viewing software & setup. Existing computer still up and running works fine for viewing all locations, but new computer wont view one of the locations. Views all other (3) locations fine- settings are exactly the same. Tried setup at my office and result is the same- 3 out of the 4 locations work great. But the old PC at his home will still view all 4- settings are exactly the same. Anybody ever seen this one?
