Constraints SRD-3100 does not appear, use the viewer safari

*my samsung device users SRD-3100 4ch,

the problem I face is not able to display video using a web viewer with safari browser.

 

if using mozilla firefox there are no obstacles, all smoothly

 

I hope anyone can help me this problem.
