Genrui DVR : how to stream a camera on VLC

We bought a few Genrui DVRs. It has a built-in webserver which can be accessed via Internet Explorer. It appears to be using ActiveX control.

 

DVR came with a Software CD containing "CMS" named software which can be used to access DVR camera streams remotely.

 

It also contained zMeye android software to view individual camera streams.

 

I was wondering if there is a way to access any particular camera channel directly using URL ? Like what if I want to stream a particular camera video to VLC.

 

If CMS software and zMeye software can do it, then it must be possible. But how ?

 

In the network config options it shows the following info :

Cmd Port : 3357

HTTP port : 8080

Data port : 3356

Talk port : 3360
