loveswolves 0 Posted May 26, 2014 hi,we have plugged everything in as the manual instructs,all 4 cameras are visible and working on our t.v,when trying to gain access to the menu,either with the remote or the mouse nothing happens,there is power to remote and mouse,until we can gain access to the menu to set it up properly,we cant use it,we have emailed sunluxy,and they are going to get back to us in a few days,as their tech's dont work weekends/holidays.we are not sure just to send it back, as there are as many good reviews as bad,so will wait for their tech's advice and go from there?
