Connect Failed error trying to access surv. remotely

Im trying to view my surveillance cameras remotely but get a "Connect Failed" error after entering my user name and password (I can get to a login page using the public IP Address with port 80). My DVR is connected to a Verizon FIOS. I have also set up port forwarding on the Veriaon router 192.168.1.9 port 80. Is anyone familiar with this error message?

 

Here's how my DVR is set up:

HTTP Port: 80

Server Port: 8102

 

IP Address: 192.168.1.9

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Preferred DNS Server: 192.168.1.1

Alternate DNS Server: 192.168.1.1

Since you get to login screen it not the firewall or settings, most likely account you trying to log in with does not have remote access enabled. Whats the make and model of DVR?
