a update or something, in the manufacturer site is nothing to find.

Can anyone tell me for this juan firmware?

But you must pay atention to your software version because you can break your device.

my version is 2.3.102 ... And i can't find any related Version on your Link.

These Versions are all ending with x.1.8.4.... Which is older then my one ?!?!

I'm not shure if i got a Juan Clone..

The Board has a lable with this code XSA8187-4CH....

 

By the way, the SW itselfe is ok, but i want to get following features:

 

1. Get the Image or RTSP Stream something like that:

http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?chn=[CHANNEL]&u=[username]&p=[Password]

 

2. Get Root Access via telnet.

i have a sunluxy 4 channel DVR that i want to do something ( anything ) to its firmware.

sunluxy support is non existent. i heard there was one update going around but destroyed alot of units. i also heard people where loading firmware from other brands (Juan) but as to exactly which jaun firmware im unsure.

 

does anyone know of any sunluxy updates? or is anyone familiar with Juan (or any other brand) that has firmware that maybe compatible? or is it possible to even just reinstall the orginal firmware?

 

i know installing other brands firmware is risky but iv pretty much decided im going to have to replace my DVR anyway- so im just gonna give it ago an see what happens.
