Password reset on a Vido AU-DVRS-08H

My client would like to re enable the system after a multiple years of not using it but my client forgot the password.

I tried contacting support but they wouldn't give me instructions because they need the name of the company who installed it.

The problem is that the company who installed the system no longer exists.

I unable to take a screenshot right now as the box is at a remote location.

But I can tell you that there is not much to see, its just a popup asking for a username and password.

The username is filled in (first name of my client) and the password is blank.
