And how do I know firmware?

The main question is not how will you find the firmware. I gave an example of a common firmware for Series (3) 2XXX. It is possible to change and update your IPC.

Maybe it will work!

downloaded firmware General_IPC-HX3 (2) XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0000.0.R.20130313 and upgraded my camera, but I encountered a problem. Either version is not suitable or completely ruined. Inactive functions Camera> Conditions and image fusion. Do you know which version is right, or how to deal with this problem?

Upgrade your IPC another firmware.

General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517.bin

General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.211.0000.0.R.20130726.bin

General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.212.0001.0.R.20131224.bin

....

If your problem will not corrected, then we will thinking.

Not install than a single, system upgrade to "ConfigTool v1.0.5" writes "Error occured When sending out the upgrade file, and "upgrade to "WebService v3.0" just stops and does nothing. Looking at the version of the system, then there is no information

I do not know how to open the remote access, I know only through Team Viewer

Provide IPC directly to the Internet with a white IP, or if it is behind a router, then put its internal IP address in the DMZ

I do not know why the camera is disconnected. Now might not be able to disconnect

Try to provide a complete remote access to your IPC, then we will deal with your problem.
