Qvis Atlantis D1 4CH - Email Notification

I have recently bought a Qvis Atlantis D1 4CH, managed to get it set up and networked, I have also set up email notifications with motion activation on CH1. However I get the email notification to my mobile device but no photograph? Is that right?

 

I just bought the QVIS system after replacing a cheap unbranded Chinese make which sent me notifications with a photograph, I thought this Qvis model would at least do the same. Am I doing something wrong? Can't find specific answer in the manual or anywhere on the web.
