IR Camera affecting Day/Night non IR Camera?

Hi.

 

I'm going to be installing a system where I will have a IR Camera and a Low Light Box Camera overlapping an area somewhat.

 

My Question is, can the IR Camera's infrared affect the Low Light cameras visuals at night?

It's an Ultra Low Light camera so can see well in dark.

 

Both cameras will be pointing in a similar direction, with the IR camera pointing about 30 degrees in a different angle.

 

Has anybody had such a situation or know what issues I may encounter?
