Issues when viewing CCTV/DVR on mobile app (on & off)

Hey guys!

 

I am having difficulty setting up my DVR with the iPhone app it asked me to download.

 

Its hit and miss really and I have been trying different things to get it working for the last couple of months now and its driving me insane! Any help would be great

 

The DVR is made by Xvim, it has 4 channels and is linked to my router via ethernet

 

I have registered for a Dyn DNS account which I believe will links my iPhone, Router and DVR when my IP address changes.

 

Currently I have logged into my Dyn account on my router (in the Dynamic DNS tab), my DVR and the official Dyn DNS Update Client. (im not sure if this is where im going wrong)

 

My issue is that I can view the cameras live on my iPhone app on Wifi and 4G fine for 24-48 hours then it stops, likes it been disconnected. But I have changed any settings.

 

If I turn my router off and back on it shows the broadband IPv4 address has changed. If I then open the firewall settings on the router and amend the IP address/ports to the new IP address it works again on my phone. But this morning I did the same thing again but can’t view anything at all!

 

Please see below for my current settings and try and point out where my error may be.

 

 

Router Settings:

IP: 94.2.93.16 (changes every couple of days but doesn’t update until I refresh router)

If i have gone massivly wrong somewhere then it may me best to start again with step-by-step instructions because i did input all these settings with a little 'trial and error'.

I read this story I'm about to do a lot of it. Because I feel that I'm getting to know new ones. I read that story I did not know before, or just not care, I'm just passing it.
