catchacrookcctv 0 Posted December 21, 2014 Hi I've got a situation and I want to see if anybody here has ever seen or heard of this. I am installing a 16 channel CVI system for myself. After running all cable, compression BNC, etc I began hooking up cameras- only 6 to start-and the the 12v dc regulated power supply. These cameras are 6mm domes. The image looked great at first-just like it should-then it would instantly "zoom in" and then back out again. The best way to describe this is like an edit in a film-wide shot, cut to close up, then cut back to wide shot again. I am unable to run any further tests on the power supply, cable, BNC ends until next week so it is really bugging me until then. All cameras and DVR were tested before installation so everything works fine. Has anybody ever heard or seen this before? Thanks JK Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
