Both are good units, and their specs are about the same. I have them and like them both.

 

The only "pro" I can think that the 2CD2432 has is the IR led, while the Dahua has white led. It also has 3Mp sensor, but I use it at 2MP@25fps.

 

If you are interested on push notifications, I would say go for the Dahua. Make sure you get the model you need (the one with POE does not have wifi).
