remote access via mobile phone network?

hi

may be showing ignorance here, but here goes)

 

my customer has a garage / lockup with no bt hardwired telephone line.

we are just about to install a cctv system at this site the customer has asked if we can buy a module or similar that will transmit the signal to a mobile phone network for remote viewing . ?

any opinions would be great .

were electricians by trade , and we dabble occasionally with cctv !!!

You need a DVR or NVR with an internet connection port. Plug the cable from the DVR/NVR into the modem/router. Forward the ports as specified in the manual. Look for IP cam viewer pro or use the application as specified in the included manual to watch the camera's on your mobile.

 

You will need a working internet connection to upload the streams on the internet to view it remotely.
