Planet ICA-HM620 2Mega-Pixel camera FTP transfer ?

Recommended Posts

I have Planet ICA-HM620 2Mega-Pixel Speed Dome camera. Everything works fine.

- video stream is displayed on my mobile phone.

- Motion detected videos saved to the memory card

- alarm input connection working.

- etc..

Only ftp, and email sending is not working.

Manual say: Image attachment by FTP or EMAIL will be available only while MJPEG streaming is selected.

I have selected MJPEG, but ftp or email picture not transfer.

- I tried to send two different ftp server. Not working.

- I also have a Panasonic HCM-580 camera. Panasonic camera FTP transfer works fine.

- I also have a Planet IVS-H210 video server. FTP transfer => works fine.

- ICA-HM620 screenshot to the hard drive working successful.

- period trigger with ftp transfer. Not working.

My camera internal ip-address is 10.0.0.254:80 and public is xx.xxx.xx.xx:8085

If anyone got this ftp function to work? Am I forgetting something?

^ Nice to hear that you ftp/Email transfer functions working.

My video format was H.264 + MJPEG.

Today I configure the video format in the same way as you. H.264 + H.264 + MJPEG.

I do not set a value of 15 fps, only 25 or 13 is possible. I put in 13.

Does not work with these of the settings.

Can you tell which software version you have?

I have,

Software version: pla20140729NSA

Switch version: SIMD-9515

Main version: M0ED-BBD8

Module version: CEC0C

I put on a later date screenshots of my settings.

Thanks.

Now I know why I did not find the 15 fps setting. I have TV system settings (PAL).

Attachment image of my current video format settings. I think that H.264 + MJPEG should work.

Yes. I've tried many variations folder path syntax. My panasonic kamera syntax is privat/620.

I looked at you attachment picture, the correct syntax is /privat/620.

Not working. I have worked in two weeks with ftp-transfer problem. I think that 1400 euros camera ftp should work...

The ftp problem has been solved. I replaced the line ftp.kymp.net => ip address 80.xx.xxx.xx. And image ftp transmission started.

Thank you msantic, without your ftp_settings picture, I would not have noticed try the numbers ftp server line.

Email settings I still have a problem, but FTP was the most important to get to work. Thanks.

Does anyone know the direct url to which the output control ?

Snapshot script is: ipaddress:port/cgi-bin/jpg/image.cgi

Maybe output is also easy script ?
