Bulldawg_30 0 Posted October 8, 2015 Hello everyone, I recently picked up this unit and am trying to get it set up. When I power on the unit The display shows TruVision TVR 30 is starting up and then goes to the color bars with nothing else happening. I discovered 1 of the 1TB hard drives was bad and removed it. I removed the 3V Lithium battery, started the DVR let is cycle through the routine I described then shut it off and replaced the 3V Lithium battery. My thought is that this unit may need a reload of the factory configuration software but I cannot find any documentation or software to support this. Is there a procedure to perform a factory reset of the system, restoring it to defaults? Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
