Could the hard drive need to be replaced?

Hello Everyone.

I have a Cobra Alpha (HD-SDi) DVR,

It is connected to 2 external cameras.

I went to view last nights recording, and noticed I could not see it.

 

I looked at the screen display after logging on, and did see the word FAULT in red.( think it was opposite a hard drive, but not sure) I have NOT opened the DVR, or changed wiring etc, but I think there are two 2TB hard drives fitted.

Now when I go into its settings (storage set up), I see that there is only 280gb available, it does refer to one 2TB drive, it reports temperature 37 degrees C, the other hard drive seems to be recognised as it is mentioned in under the NEW tab (in storage setup). I did a reformat for recording as suggested by the manual but cant see what else to do. The manual said once it was formatted it would be recognised as a hard drive for recording

 

I can go back and view the past 30 days.

 

Do you think it is the hard drive???
