docramage 0 Posted February 4, 2016 I recently upgraded to Windows 10, but can no longer play the .dv4 files from my CCTV recorder. Avtech supply a file called player.exe which installs PlayerLiteHJ.exe into the \programs(86) folder. However, this reports several missing dll files and won't run.
