iZeus DVR (QVIS) to add a listening in device and mic\skpr

Hi,

 

A customer of mine has an existing IZeus DVR and wishes to add on a PA (Public Address) System and also a couple of devices that he can listen in at the staff basically which are based on a different floor to where the manager resides. I have fitted many CCTV systems but not been asked for this until now. Any ideas??
