ChengXin 0 Posted September 16, 2016 Time for a support ticket to iSentry. The unit fail to save its settings to its flash memory configuration file. Try creating PTZ presets and save them on the unit URL directly. Reboot the unit and if the preset are saved then it will be a compatibilty issue between Dahua NVR with ISentry.
