Joop1962 0 Posted December 7, 2016 Hey all. I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2 and if I want to switch to substream I get following message. Switching the stream failed. This problem is with following camera's: DS-2CD2342WD-I 4mp (WR version, firmware: 5.4.3) DS-2CD2155F-IS 5mp (CH version, firmware: 5.4.2.0) DS-2CD2432F-IW 3mp (WR version, firmware: 5.4.0) The only one working is: DS-2CD2342WD-I 3mp (WR version, firmware: 5.2.3) All camera's are all configured plug and play. The substream is working if i log in directly true webinterface. any idea's ? The ivms 4500 app, same problem, substreams are not working available. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Joop1962 0 Posted December 20, 2016 a little update: I use a Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P latest firmware: v3.4.90 build 161008 (ml) I think it is a problem within this firmware, don't know for sure, I wait for new firmware at this moment. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
