how to recover saved photos and videos in iVMS 4500

Hello. I accidentally deleted my iVMS 400 app in my iphone. I managed to reinstall and had successfully log in my account. But unfortunately, all the saved videos and photos are deleted in the app. How can I recover it? I don't have back up also in icloud. Thank you for your help.
