Hikvision Camera on Dahua NVR Record issue

Hello it`s my first Post here.

 

i have dahua nvr`s :

1) DHI-NVR4216-16p Firmware: 3.201.0000.1.R

2) DHI-NVR4208 Firmware: 3.201.0000.1.R

 

i have on them many dahua IP cameras and some Hikvision Cameras.

on Dahua Cameras i don`t have any problem but on Hikvision i have record problem it misses some seconds in every 1 or 1.5 minute.

i troubleshooted that issue and found that it`s cause of time zone

on Dahua NVR i have and i need to have everywhere +04:00

if i add Hikvision Cameras to Dahua NVR and setup with this time zone it`s okey,

but if i add this Camera to Dahua NVR, time zone changes to +08:00 automatically no matter what, i tried all kind of setup of timezone but nothing helped.

i tried to upgrade Hikvision camera firmware but it didn`t helped

now i wanted to upgrade Dahua NVR Firmware, i found newer version, but it`s failing update, i tried through WEB and with USB too but it`s failing.

 

 

please help if you have any idea how to correct this issue

I have had a similar problem with time zones on a Hikvision and Dahua NVR. If I set all equipment to the correct timezone (UK) everything is ok until I use the app. If I open the Dahua App on my phone all the Hikvision timezones are 8 hours out, so I have just left everything as +8 hrs and set the correct time.
