MPP 0 Posted April 23, 2019 Hi Everyone I have HIKVision DVR Model No DS-7216HQHI-F1 / N which I am using from last 8 month and we are storing our recording in network attached WD My Could Storage Device. I was using Remote NetBackup tool to transfer the recording from DVR to WD but from last few day I have encounter some (Create Storage error ) window every time I am using the tool and the storage is already connected in backup tool.
