Dahua IPC Text Overlay Irregularities

Hi All,

I'm a newbie here so if this post is on the wrong area please advise.

I have a client with a 4 Channel Dahua NVR with 3 x IPCs. 2 of the IPC are IPC-HFW1831EP-2.8mm the other with the larger text is a IPC-HDW4831EMP-ASE-2.8

Can anyone advise how to adjust the text overlay to all the same size or of there is a known issue. I have tried the usual method via Setup-Video-Overlay however the Camera Name on Channel 3( IPC-HDW4831EMP-ASE-2.8) has larger writing.

I have installed over 500 of these NVR's and never seen this issue before.

The client is a dick so won't pay his bill until resolved
