Honeywell HRHQ1162 - Reset

Hello!

Is there any way to get into this DVR without a password? There are no answers to security questions and no QR code. I don't see a reset button anywhere. 

There are no jumpers on the mainboard. There is a section called J1 with 4 empty pin holes. I have not tried shorting these out. I peeled off the CMOS battery and the time reset and thats it. 

 

Any help getting this device to a factory reset would be appreciated. Thanks!
