JustAskSpike 0 Posted November 12, 2021 Hi I do hope I have the correct forum. I would like to ask for help please. It's for one of my customers who sells car parts. He has a 4 camera security setup, the back is labelled: APOLLOS-HD4 P/N 1.1.03.51.0121 The front says it's made by Adata. It was installed around 2011 and has been working fine and he uses PSS to watch the video, however he can't look at recorded video past the end of 2020 on PSS I have managed to get into the device and found the settings (see below) I have downloaded Smart PSS (version 2 followed by version 1) and configured the settings the same, all I get though when trying to do live view is "Searching Video..." Interestingly Smart PSS seems to read the settings from the DVR ok. So, is Smart PSS not compatible? Is there an alternative we can use? What do you suggest? We can still just used Internet Explorer and go into the Web Console but it's a bit dangerous.
