IP Pro CCTV no menu, password issue

Hello. I'm quite new to this but need a help. I have wireless CCTV with DVR with no name. I have found on the board that is hi3536d. From yesterday I started having weird issue as the DVR in not accepting the password. Well that what I thought but even if I manager to go back to the default password which is nothing (blank) the menu is not opening. I still have the access via app on the phone but cannot do nothing with mouse on the display. After restart DVR I have option to put password which in this case is press just ok but once done nothing is happening. When trying again the password and ok cannot be pressed as are not available. Any suggestions? Please need help.
