Does the DVR recording frame rate need to be the same as the camera's output frame rate

Hi folks,

I have purchased an Amcrest 4MP camera (model = AMC4MBC28-B-V2), and I want to purchase a DVR that I can use with it.

Assuming that this is the spec sheet for the camera:

, what DVRs can I use with it? I've been looking around for a non-Amcrest DVR, but I'm having trouble finding one than can handle 4MP@30fps.
