Dahua Camera not reachable after hard reset - Why ?

Hi,

 

I bought 3 used Dahua IPC-HDBW2431R-ZS-S2.

I connected the first one to a POE Switch. The Camera Power Up and have the IP-Address 192.168.1.197. 
I logged in with the web browser on this IP-Address but I didn't have the Username/Password. So I did a hard reset with the button inside the camera (I pressed the button for approx. 30 sec)

The IP-Address return to 192.168.1.108 but since then I no longer have the connection window !

I tried a longer reset (1 min) but it didn't change anything.

I tried with a second Camera: same problem

What can I do now?

I fund.....  Initialized with config tools and it's working now.

Firmware is  2.800.0000000.10.R, Build Date: 2019-11-23

Is there a new one since 6 years ?
