Bosch Access Control / Maybe Radionics / After Hours Program

Can the Bosch access control system provide me an after hours contact closure telling me someone has used their card after hours?

 

The ACCP is not my system. I am the HVAC guy. I need to know if the tenant is in the building after hours. They are not pushing my HVAC overide button so I don't know when they are there.

 

I thought about CT's on the lighting circuits but that would be expensive.

 

I just need an output contact closure telling me the tenant is in the Bldg after hours.
