rory 0 Posted March 11, 2007 I Highly doubt you can use dial up, if its an older unit it may be MJpeg, and even if it is Mpeg4 it will still be extremely slow.
asoy 0 Posted March 11, 2007 owww... so if i want to publish to internet. i must have ADSL ? any other way ???
kuocyj 0 Posted March 23, 2007 get a broadband connection (DSL or cable or T1) 56K connection will make you screaming to video streaming. router is not necessary if your broadband is only for DVR.
asoy 0 Posted March 31, 2007 i am now just apply adsl internet connection. i got dynamic ip address. now i have trouble to connect my dvr to internet. i do like this : 1. i change IP TYPE to DHCP 2. todoenred 0 Posted March 31, 2007 If you have a router, make conection from router, not from PC. in router, you need to setup DMZ feature for IP taked by DVR. regards

inspire 0 Posted April 6, 2007 Dial up line? Not enough bandwidth.Must have broadband. AVC760 has built in DDNS or you may use a router with build in DDNS features. After setting up everything correctly, you may access your camera via 3G handset or internet explorer remotely.
inspire 0 Posted April 6, 2007 Firstly, set up your dvr accordingly. 1. Choose Static IP -enter an IP for dvr -enter gateway IP (router ip) -choose Port 90 2. Configure your router - Port forwarding 90-99 - setup dyndns hostname, username & p/w. - configure your broadband(adsl) setting as well. 3. Access frm internet via IE 4. May access frm your 3G handset as well
