I-View remote view

Recommended Posts

I am having problem with i-view remote view setup. This is the first time i am doing the iview, In the past i did a geovision and it went all well

I enabled the ezserver with the default port 1901, and enabled webserver tcp port to 1001, listening port is 80, everything is set to default port.

I went in the router, and port forward those port in the gaming and application menu. my ipconfig come to say 192.168.1.2

and that is the ip i did set in my dvr server with listening port 80.

when i do 192.168.1.2 that i can get to remote view,

when i do host.dnsalias.com i can get to remote view,

when i do my ip, i can get to it,

but i cant get to it from home, nor any other computer.

can anyone help me out, thank

P.S> I used to have the geovision installed in this computer, and it worked fine with remote view, same ip and everything. so all the geovision port was already forwarded, all i added is port 1001 and 1901 as it came up in iview default.

thanks
